Eating disorder recovery
Eating disorder nutrition therapy that meets you where you are
Whether you're stepping down from a higher level of care, starting outpatient treatment for the first time, or have been in recovery for years and want support again, I'll work alongside you and your treatment team to help food feel less scary and more doable. I've been through recovery myself, so I know how hard it is, and how possible.
Sound like you?
Recovery is hard. You don't have to do it alone
- Food takes up so much space in your mind that it's hard to focus on anything else.
- You have rules about what, when, or how much you're allowed to eat.
- You're stepping down from residential, PHP, or IOP, and nervous about doing this on your own.
- Certain foods feel impossible, or eating in front of others brings up a lot.
- You're caught in a cycle that leaves you exhausted, and you want off.
- You've been in recovery for a while, but old patterns are creeping back.

Rebuilding trust with your body's signals over time.
Body image
Learning that you don't have to love your body to take care of it.
Staying steady
Planning for holidays, travel, stress, and the moments that can knock you off course.
How I work with your team
Part of your team
Eating disorder recovery works best with a team, often a therapist, a physician, and sometimes a psychiatrist. I collaborate closely with your providers, share updates with your permission, and make sure we're all pulling in the same direction. If you don't have a team yet, I'll help you build one. And if you need more support than outpatient care can offer, I'll be honest about that and help you find the right level of care.
Are you a provider? I welcome referrals and love collaborating with therapists, physicians, and treatment programs. Get in touch
A few common questions
What types of eating disorders do you work with?
Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, and disordered eating that doesn't fit neatly into a diagnosis.
Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. If food feels complicated and it's affecting your life, that's reason enough.
Do you offer meal support?
Yes, virtually or in person at my Durham office. Many clients find it one of the most helpful parts of our work.
Can we keep working together after I step down from a program?
Absolutely. Stepping down is often when outpatient support matters most, and I'm glad to coordinate with your program for a smooth transition.
Whenever you're ready
