GLP-1 nutrition support

GLP-1 support, without the diet talk

Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound. However you got here, you deserve support that's about feeling good in your body, not just changing its size. These medications change hunger, fullness, and how food feels, and I'll help you navigate all of it.

Sound like you?

You don't have to figure this out alone

  • You're never hungry anymore, and you're not sure how much you should be eating.
  • Nausea, reflux, or constipation are making food feel like a chore.
  • You're worried about losing muscle, strength, or energy.
  • You've had a complicated relationship with food before, and you're noticing old patterns creeping back.
  • You're thinking about stopping, or you already have, and you're nervous about what comes next.
  • You're taking a GLP-1 for diabetes or PMOS, and no one has talked with you about food.

What we work on

Practical support for real life on a GLP-1

Eating enough with a small appetite

When you're rarely hungry, it's easy to undereat without meaning to. We'll find meals and snacks that feel doable and actually meet your needs.

Managing side effects

Nausea, reflux, constipation, and fullness that comes on fast can make food feel like a chore. We'll work out what helps you feel better day to day.

Protecting your strength and energy

We'll make sure you're getting enough protein and nourishment to support your muscles, bones, and energy, without turning it into a diet.

Steadier blood sugar

If you're taking a GLP-1 for diabetes or PMOS, we'll build an approach that supports steady energy and blood sugar.

Life after the medication

Whether you're tapering, pausing, or stopping, we'll plan ahead for hunger returning, so it doesn't feel like a free fall.

Enjoying food again

A smaller appetite doesn't have to mean joyless eating. We'll make room for satisfaction and foods you actually love, not just nutrients and numbers.

Where I stand

Your body, your call

I'm a weight-inclusive dietitian, and that hasn't changed. I don't prescribe GLP-1s, I don't set weight goals, and I won't judge you for taking one, stopping one, or deciding it isn't for you. Decisions about medication belong to you and your prescriber. My job is to make sure you're nourished, supported, and feeling like yourself along the way. With your permission, I'm glad to coordinate with your prescriber so we're all on the same page.

A few common questions

Can I work with you before I start a GLP-1?

Absolutely. Having support in place from the start can make the adjustment a lot easier, and we can talk through what to expect.

What if I've already stopped?

We can still work together. Coming off a GLP-1 often means hunger returns quickly, and that can bring up a lot. I'll help you navigate it with less panic and more trust in your body.

Will you work with my prescriber?

Yes. With your permission, I'm happy to share updates and coordinate care, so your nutrition and medication plans support each other.

Whenever you're ready

Let's talk about where you are

Whether you're just starting, a few months in, or thinking about stopping, a free 15‑minute call is an easy first step. We'll talk through what's going on and whether I'm the right fit.
