Support for wherever you're starting
Every person's relationship with food is different, so there's no one program here. Here's what I help with, and how working together works.
What I help with

- 02 Binge eating + intuitive eating For chronic dieters and anyone stuck in the restrict and binge cycle who wants to feel normal around food again.
- 03 GLP-1 nutrition support Help eating enough, managing side effects, and protecting your relationship with food on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound.
- 04 PMOS (formerly PCOS) Weight-inclusive support for energy, blood sugar, and hormones, without restriction.
- 05 Chronic conditions Flexible, non-restrictive nutrition care for diabetes, IBS, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, and celiac disease.

Inside a session
What we actually do together
If you've never worked with a nutrition therapist, it's normal to wonder what we'll talk about. Most sessions start with a check-in: how the week went, what felt hard, and what felt a little easier. From there, we focus on whatever matters most right now. Sometimes that's practical, like planning meals for a busy week. Sometimes it's more emotional, like untangling why a certain food feels so loaded. We usually wrap up with one small, doable thing to try before we meet again.
What we might work on
- Eating enough, consistently, without rigid rules
- Flexible meal planning that fits your real life
- Reconnecting with hunger and fullness cues
- Noticing diet culture thoughts, and learning to talk back to them
- Nutrition information that's evidence-based and actually useful
- Coping strategies for the moments when food feels hard
- Movement that feels good, not like punishment
- Making peace with your body, even on the hard days
Whenever you're ready
Not sure where you fit?
That's what the free 15‑minute call is for. We'll talk through what's going on, and I'll help you figure out the best next step, even if that's not working with me.
